ZLDB pumps are a modern product of substitute for traditional ZLB axial flow pumps and QZ submersible aixal flwo pumps.

ZLDB pumps are vertical single base, long-shaft axial flow pumps, with the liquid flowing in axial direction. They has large capacity, low head, high efficiency and good anti-cavitation performance.

The pump is used to transfer clean water or other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties with water. The highest temperature of the transferred liquid can be 50 ℃. It can be widely used in agriculture irrigation, delivering circulating water in industrial thermal power station, civil supply and drainage, water circulation in industry  power station, dock water level control and other water conservancy projects.

Because both pump and motor are connected and installed on the same base, the advantages of ZLDB pumps over other types are as following:

1, The pump and motor are mounted on the same base to make it possible to lift the pump body in and out through base hole.

2, Saving project costs.

3, The concentracity between shafts of both pump and motor is guaranteed due to the entirety of pump and motor. Adjustment during installation is not needed.

4, The construction and destruction are both carried out on motor floor. It is unnecessary for you to get into the pool below pump house.

5, It's unnecessary to pump out the water in pool for maintenance.

6, The length of the pump part under the base and  the type of out flow could be determined by customer, according to  lowest water level and construction.

Discharge diameters of ZLDB pumps are from 350-1600 mm and the capacity is from 0.18 m3/s- 10.93 m3/s, with head from 1.35-14.8 m.
